We start with a walk down to the beach, where we can enjoy the views and the fresh air from the North Sea. Those of us who are brave enough will also get the opportunity to jump in for a refreshing dip.
We will then head back to our beautiful "Havbadehus" for saunagus, where you can relax whilst you enjoy the heat and the view over the dunes. During the saunagus seance, the "gus master" will pour water mixed with essential oils over the sauna oven, creating an aromatic steam. By swinging a towel, the gus master can spread the steam and the heat throughout the sauna and evoking thoughts of nature. A sensual experience for both mind and body!
The Havbadehus is designed with full accessibility, and the experience is therefore also suitable for wheelchair users etc.
NB. The experience will primarily be held in Danish, but our gus master also speaks English, and will always make sure that everyone feels included and part of the group.
