Breathwork and cold exposure are here to stay – but what is it? You will get the answer to that after this workshop with teaching by Birger Hanzen - Denmark's best answer to Wim Hof - who you may have seen on the DR2 program "Træk ætret" or TV2's "Lægsen på ice".
Throughout the evening, Birger will talk about what breathwork and cold export are and why you should make it a part of your life. At the same time, he will guide you through various breathing exercises so that you feel the effect on your own body. And of course you can look forward to being properly dressed before you go for a trip in the ice tub!
