A nice and calm yoga practice where everyone can join in!
Our certified yoga instructor will guide you through a series of exercises, which will be adapted as necessary to match the level of the participants.
A great way to start the day, where the body is awakened with beautiful stretches and deep breaths.
During the summer months, we may move the class outdoors to the forest or the beach, where we can practice yoga in nature's beautiful setting.
Class times
Every Wednesday from 9.00-10.00. There may be changes to the regular programme during Danish school holidays.
Please note, in the event of sickness or other unforeseen circumstances, we may have to cancel the class.
NB. The class will primarily be held in Danish, but your instructor will do their best to ensure that everyone is included and understands the exercises. Please inform us if you don't understand Danish, so we can do our best to accommodate you.

- Option to borrow a yoga mat and other relevant equipment
- Please bring your own mat and towel — if you don´t have a yoga mat, you can borrow one of ours.
- Possibly warm clothes if we will be outside.

Our activities are for everyone who wants to enjoy the magnificent nature by the North Sea - and you don't have to be a resident guest with us to take part.
There are many different reasons why people come to Slettestrand, but, for the vast majority, it's because of a desire to experience nature. That is why nature has been thought into virtually all of our activities, and we strive to make it accessible to everyone who visits us in Slettestrand – including those in wheelchairs or with other special needs.
We have a strong focus on sustainability, and we work with consideration for people, the environment and our beautiful nature.
